CBRE 世邦魏理仕發佈的《2024 年北京房地產市場回顧及 2025 年展望》顯示，2024 年北京辦公樓市場新租需求總面積同比減少 5%，但搬遷交易持續增加，佔全年新租面積的 80%，佔比再破歷史紀錄。得益於國有及頭部企業的多筆大面積成交落位，以及退租數量同比回落，全年全市淨吸納量達 34 萬平方米，帶動全市空置率年末同比下降 0.7 個百分點至 21.0%。（界面）
