The General Manager of Henderson Property Agency (Sales) Department, Lam Tat-man, stated that with the Lunar New Year approaching, the group will once again launch promotions during this period. This year, the promotion is named "Golden Snake Property Celebration for the New Year, Welcoming Spring with Big Red Packets," involving 8 projects, including Kai Tak THE HENLEY Phases 1 to 3, HENLEY PARK, Cheung Sha Wan Hilltop Peak, Belgravia Place, Hung Hom THE HADDON, and BAKER CIRCLE.EUSTON, covering a total of 477 units. From January 27 to February 28, buyers purchasing designated units will receive a big red packet valued between HKD 8,888 and HKD 33,888, with a total promotion value of nearly HKD 8.2 million.
The cheapest unit is located at Hung Hom BAKER CIRCLE.EUSTON, on the 10th floor, Room M, with an area of 214 square feet, an open-plan unit, with a discounted selling price of HKD 3.8716 million. The most expensive unit is located at THE HENLEY I, Block 2, on the 21st floor, Room A, with an area of 889 square feet, with a discounted selling price of HKD 28.9645 million, where the discounted price does not include the big red packet, which is given to buyers as a rebate.
Lam Tat-man continued to state that after the Lunar New Year, 4 new projects are expected to be launched, including Cheung Sha Wan Belgravia Place Phase 2, offering 248 units, a project in To Kwa Wan with about 831 units, a project in Tai Po Mei Sun Lane with about 120 units, and a project on the West Mid-Levels, Walled City Road.
