RUIHE DATA announced that, effective March 4, 2025, Chen Zhenping resigned as a non-executive director, Yang Haifeng resigned as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the relevant committees, Jin Yong resigned as an independent non-executive director, and Fei Xiang was re-designated from executive director to non-executive director. Sun Dexin was appointed as an executive director, Wei Junheng was appointed as an independent non-executive director and member of the relevant committees and chairman of the remuneration committee, and Tian Yu was appointed as a member of the nomination committee
According to the announcement from RUIHE DATA (03680), Mr. Chen Zhenping has resigned as a non-executive director effective March 4, 2025; Mr. Yang Haifeng has resigned as an independent non-executive director, as well as the chairman of the audit committee and remuneration committee, and a member of the nomination committee; Dr. Jin Yong has resigned as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee and nomination committee; Mr. Fei Xiang has been re-designated from executive director to non-executive director; Mr. Sun Dexin has been appointed as an executive director; Mr. Wei Junheng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, and chairman of the remuneration committee; and Dr. Tian Yu has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee
