
UiPath Posts Higher Q4 Results; Sets Outlook

UiPath reported a fiscal Q4 non-GAAP net income of $0.26 per diluted share, exceeding analyst expectations of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter was $423.65 million, slightly below the expected $425.1 million. The company forecasts Q1 revenue between $330 million and $335 million, lower than the $367.5 million expected. For fiscal 2026, UiPath anticipates revenue of $1.525 billion to $1.530 billion, below the $1.58 billion forecasted by analysts. Additionally, UiPath acquired UK-based Peak, an AI platform for product inventory and pricing. Shares fell over 14% in after-hours trading.

Shares of UiPath were down over 14% in after-hours activity.
