Evergrande's Xu Jiayin's ex-wife Ding Yumei requests the court to clarify the scope of frozen assets and hold a closed-door hearing; the application was rejected by the High Court

Ding Yumei, the ex-wife of Evergrande (3333) founder Xu Jiayin, applied to the High Court to amend the injunction, requesting clarification on the scope of the assets covered by the injunction, so that she could know which assets were available for use. She also requested that her application be heard in private to protect her privacy, to avoid embarrassment and inconvenience in her life due to this lawsuit that could potentially harm her reputation. Judge Gao Haowen issued a ruling today (18th), rejecting both of Ding Yumei's applications and ordering her to pay legal fees to Evergrande's liquidators
