3 月 25 日早間，小米集團-W 發佈公告，按 “先舊後新” 方式配售 8 億股股份，共募資約 425 億港元。此前的 3 月 4 日，比亞迪股份發佈公告，宣佈完成一項規模達 435 億港元的 H 股配售計劃。上證報援引業內人士稱，港股市場是優質企業再融資的 “沃土”，今年以來港股再融資規模已超 1100 億港元，遠高於 IPO 融資額。高科技企業研發投入高、全球化佈局加速，再融資成為企業 “補血” 的重要渠道。
