CN HEALTH TECH: Liu Shuhua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
CN HEALTH TECH announced that independent non-executive director Bi Xue will be transferred to executive director starting from April 1, 2025. Liu Shuhua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and will become a member of the board's audit committee, compensation committee, and nomination committee. Starting from April 1, 2025, Bi Xue will no longer serve as a member of the aforementioned committees
According to the announcement from CN HEALTH TECH (01069), independent non-executive director Bi Xue has been transferred to executive director, effective from April 1, 2025.
Liu Shuhua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Board Audit Committee, Board Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee, effective from April 1, 2025.
Effective from April 1, 2025: (i) Bi Xue will no longer be a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee; and (ii) Liu Shuhua has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee
