UBTECH ROBOTICS: Directors, supervisors, and senior management collectively purchase the company's H shares

According to the announcement from UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880), on April 2, 2025, the board of directors was informed that the company's executive directors, namely Mr. Zhou Jian, Mr. Xiong Youjun, and Ms. Wang Lin; members of the supervisory board, namely shareholder representative supervisor and chairman of the supervisory board Mr. Deng Feng and employee representative supervisor Ms. Wang Xingru; and the company's senior management, namely CEO Mr. Zhou Jian, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Mr. Xiong Youjun, and Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Board Secretary Mr. Zhang Ju, each purchased H-shares in the open market using their own funds on April 1, 2025.

According to the directors, supervisors, and senior management, they are confident in the company's business development and prospects, believing that the current H-share price does not reflect the group's value, and they fully recognize the group's long-term value. In compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, they may further increase their holdings in the company at an appropriate time. Within 12 months following this announcement, the total amount spent on purchasing H-shares is expected not to exceed RMB 50 million.
