
TotalEnergies Closes Three International Acquisitions Of Renewable Portfolios

TotalEnergies SE has successfully completed three international acquisitions of renewable energy portfolios. In Europe, the company has 500 MW installed or under construction and a pipeline exceeding 15 GW of solar and wind projects. In Africa, it has acquired 255 MW in Uganda and 560 MW of hydropower projects. In Canada, TotalEnergies has 180 MW installed and over 600 MW of solar and wind projects. Additionally, the company has signed agreements with RES to acquire more than 800 MW of wind and solar projects in Alberta.
