Harley Davidson CEO plans to retire within the year, successor search has begun

On April 8th, Harley Davidson announced that the company's board of directors confirmed that it is in the ongoing search for a CEO candidate. The statement noted that current CEO Jochen Zeitz had previously expressed his intention to retire in 2025, and the company initiated the succession candidate search process in the fourth quarter of last year. Harley Davidson stated that Zeitz will continue to serve as CEO until a successor is determined to ensure an orderly transition of leadership
