According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Prada (01913) announced that on April 10, 2025, the company intends to acquire all shares of GIVI Holding S.r.l. (i.e., Versace Holding Company) from Capri Holdings Limited, at an enterprise value of USD 1.375 billion (equivalent to approximately EUR 1.25 billion or HKD 10.67 billion) (subject to certain adjustments).
