Shandong Province has taken the lead in soliciting opinions from energy regulatory agencies, power grid companies, and related power generation enterprises regarding the detailed rules for the entry of new energy into the market. In order to implement the relevant requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration's "Notice on Deepening the Market-oriented Reform of New Energy Grid Connection Prices to Promote High-quality Development of New Energy," the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently issued the "Implementation Plan for Market-oriented Reform of New Energy Grid Connection Prices in Shandong Province" and the "Detailed Rules for Bidding on Mechanism Electricity Prices for New Energy in Shandong Province."
