The company's board of directors is pleased to announce that on May 13, 2025, the company entered into a strategic cooperation agreement (strategic cooperation agreement) with Ainosen Technology Co., Ltd. (strategic partner), which involves consulting, design, operation, and investment establishment in digital energy, virtual power plants, microgrids, and solar storage charging (new business).
