Microsoft will host Grok under xAI in its cloud

Microsoft (MSFT.US) announced on Monday that it will integrate Elon Musk's Grok AI model into its expanding portfolio of third-party AI solutions, available through its Azure cloud platform.

According to the agreement, Microsoft is bringing xAI's Grok 3 and Grok 3 mini models into the ecosystem via Azure AI Foundry Models, which are directly hosted and billed by Microsoft. Developers can now choose from over 1,900 AI models hosted by partners and Microsoft, while managing secure data integration, model customization, and enterprise-level governance
