Establishes Sustainability Committee, Appoints New Members to Lead Environmental Initiatives China Everbright Environment Group Ltd. has announced the establishment of a new Sustainability Committee, effective from May 23, 2025. The committee will be chaired by Mr. Luan Zusheng, the executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Its members include independent non-executive Directors Ms. Li Shuk Yin, Edwina, and Professor Zhang Xiang, JP.
