HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) announced that it repurchased a total of 9.2801 million shares in the UK and Hong Kong markets yesterday (28th), involving a total amount of HKD 850 million.

Among them, HSBC purchased 5.3405 million shares in the UK market at a price ranging from £8.65 to £8.72, with a weighted average price of £8.69 per share. Additionally, it purchased 3.9396 million shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a price ranging from HKD 91.5 to HKD 92.55, with a weighted average price of approximately HKD 91.9094 per share
