On May 30th, RISC-V (open-source instruction set architecture) chip leader Beijing Yiswei Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yiswei Computing") submitted its prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. and CITIC JianTou International as sponsors.

This is another IPO led by Wang Dongsheng, the founder of BOE Technology Group, following the application of Xi'an Yiswei Material Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yiswei Material") to be listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. (Shanghai Securities Journal)
