Recently, the fines disclosed by the Beijing Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervisory Administration show that Beijing Sunshine Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. was fined 1.4 million yuan. The fine indicates that the main illegal and regulatory behaviors of the company include: deficiencies in the cooperation model, inadequate control of cooperative business; failure to independently calculate credit limits and loan pricing; insufficient effectiveness of post-loan management; and inadequate management of cooperative institutions.
