According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Samsonite announced that starting from July 1, 2025, Damien Mignot will serve as the President of the Europe region for the company and its integrated subsidiaries (Group). Fabio Rugarli has decided to leave the Group effective June 30, 2025, to have more time with his family while pursuing other personal interests

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Samsonite (01910) stated that starting from July 1, 2025, Damien Mignot will serve as the President of the company's and its integrated subsidiaries (Group) for the European region.
