Heilongjiang introduces 17 new policies to support the aerospace industry

The General Office of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province recently formulated and issued the "Several Policy Measures to Support the High-Quality Development of the Aerospace Industry in Heilongjiang Province." According to the "Measures," Heilongjiang Province will support the strengthening, optimization, and expansion of complete aircraft manufacturing. It will assist aviation enterprises in accelerating the airworthiness certification and market expansion of complete aircraft products through independent research and development and project introduction. Enterprises that obtain type certificates or production licenses for complete aircraft and aircraft engines will receive a one-time reward of 50% of the annual sales revenue of the certified products, with a maximum reward of 10 million yuan for a single model of complete aircraft and 5 million yuan for a single model of aircraft engines. At the same time, it supports the construction of major scientific and technological infrastructure. For national major scientific and technological infrastructure completed in the aerospace field, rewards of up to 10 million yuan will be given annually based on research support capabilities, open sharing, and local transformation of scientific and technological achievements according to relevant regulations; for satellites successfully launched and put into orbit, a reward of 5% of the sales price will be given to the manufacturing enterprises, with a maximum of 1 million yuan for a single device and a total annual reward of up to 20 million yuan for each enterprise
