Recently, there has been a lot of discussion on social media about "what to do if the iPhone overheats," with some netizens jokingly suggesting that the phone's operating mode could be named "cooling mode." A reporter, posing as a consumer, consulted Apple’s official customer service, which stated that there are generally two situations for phone overheating. The first is when the device exceeds a certain temperature threshold, causing a "temperature warning" to appear on the screen, indicating that the device has detected some abnormal heating and is experiencing an overload. In this case, users must stop using the phone and wait for it to cool down before using it again. The second situation is when users feel that the phone is hot, but no warnings appear on the screen. This generally does not affect the device's operation. Regarding the suggestion from netizens to create a new "cooling" operating mode for the phone, the customer service representative said, "This might be a humorous comment from netizens; it actually doesn't serve any purpose."
