On July 4th, CBRE released the "Beijing Real Estate Market Review and Outlook for the First Half of 2025" report. The report shows that in the second quarter of 2025, Pinggu District in Beijing will deliver two warehousing and logistics projects, bringing an additional supply of 298,000 square meters. The total new supply in Beijing for the first half of the year reached 366,000 square meters, exceeding the total for the entire previous year, all of which came from the Pinggu area
