FANTASIA: Actively negotiating with a group of holders who own more than 30% of the existing offshore note principal

On July 4th, FANTASIA released a quarterly update announcement. FANTASIA stated that the company has been actively negotiating with a group of noteholders holding more than 30% of the company's existing offshore notes' outstanding principal amount, and has extended the deadline for the restructuring support agreement to July 11, 2025. In addition, the company has also maintained contact with existing domestic lenders in hopes of extending or renewing loans
