CHINA FEIHE's performance is expected to decline in the first half of the year, with a total annual dividend of no less than 2 billion RMB

CHINA FEIHE (06186.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting net profit for the six months ending in June to be between 1 billion and 1.2 billion RMB, with revenue expected to be between 9.1 billion and 13 billion RMB, compared to 1.9 billion and 10.1 billion RMB in the same period last year. Despite short-term challenges affecting financial performance, the company expects a total dividend of no less than 2 billion RMB for the fiscal year ending in 2025.

At the same time, it plans to utilize the buyback authorization to repurchase shares in the open market from today until the end of this year, with funds of no less than 1 billion RMB
