中国飞鹤 (06186.HK) 发盈警，预计 6 月止六个月净利润介乎 10 亿至 12 亿人民币，收益预计介乎 91 亿至 13 亿人民币，相较上年同期分别录得 19 亿及 101 亿人民币。尽管短期挑战影响财务表现，公司预计 2025 年止年度股息总额不少於 20 亿人民币。

同时，拟动用购回授权，即日起至本年底於公开市场购回股份，资金不少於 10 亿人民币。
