CHINA HEALTH (00673.HK) announced its financial results for the fiscal year ending in March, with revenue recorded at HKD 38.94 million, a year-on-year decrease of 35%. The loss widened from HKD 40.19 million in the previous year to HKD 67.79 million, with a loss per share of 13.91 cents. No final dividend will be distributed.

The company's shares have applied to resume trading on Monday (7th)
