Pinduoduo ADR initially closed up 1.4%, leading the performance, while nuclear power stock CEG rose 2.2%, Doordash rose 3.3%, and Palantir rose 3.4%. The index of the seven tech giants in the U.S. fell 1%, and the "Trump Tariff Losers Index" fell 1.3%; the Philadelphia Bank Index fell 1.8%, the bank index fell 1%, and the biotech index fell 1.5%
