According to Wind data, the total equity financing scale of the three major US stock markets in the first half of the year reached USD 95 billion, an increase of USD 12.7 billion compared to USD 82.3 billion in the same period last year, with a growth rate of 15.46%. In the IPO market, a total of 198 companies successfully went public in the first half of the year, an increase of 84 companies compared to the same period last year; the total financing amount reached USD 25.9 billion, an increase of 33.72% compared to the same period last year. The number of refinancing events in the first half of the year was 429, a decrease of 17 events compared to the same period last year; the total refinancing scale reached USD 69.1 billion, an increase of 9.83% compared to the same period last year.
