SHOUCHENG: Beijing Robotics Fund invests in Xinghaitu Company
SHOUCHENG announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary managed by the Beijing Robotics Fund will make an additional investment in Xinghaitu (Beijing) Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. This investment aims to promote Xinghaitu's research and development and product upgrades in the field of embodied intelligence, consolidating its global leading position. SHOUCHENG plans to continue increasing its investment in the robotics industry, particularly in collaboration with industry leaders, to drive the development of the domestic embodied intelligence industry
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHOUCHENG (00697) announced that recently, a company under SHOUCHENG Capital (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group) managed the Beijing Robotics Industry Development Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) (Beijing Robotics Fund) to invest in Xinghaitu (Beijing) Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (Xinghaitu Company). This investment is an additional investment following the investment made in March 2025, which will further promote the invested enterprise to increase R&D investment and product iteration upgrades, consolidating and enhancing its leading position in the global embodied intelligence sector.
Xinghaitu Company is an artificial intelligence company focused on the research and development of embodied intelligence foundational models and embodied intelligent robots. It adheres to the development concept of collaborative R&D of artificial intelligence algorithms and ontology, defining the ontology form based on the boundaries of technology and the demands of scenarios, and independently designing and manufacturing the ontology. This investment will help Xinghaitu Company accelerate the R&D and iteration upgrades of embodied foundational models, further speeding up the commercial closed loop of the general embodied intelligence industry, and becoming a global leader in embodied intelligence.
