
BUZZ-US chipmakers rise premarket with Nvidia set to resume sale of AI chips to China

U.S. chipmakers' shares are rising in premarket trading as Nvidia prepares to resume sales of its H20 AI chips to China, with Nvidia's stock up 4.35%. Other notable gains include Micron Technology (+2%), Super Micro Computer (+3.1%), Broadcom (+1.4%), and Qualcomm (+0.8%). Advanced Micro Devices and Intel also see increases of 3.2% and 0.9%, respectively. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing's shares rise 2.1% ahead of its quarterly results. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index has increased approximately 13.4% year-to-date.
