SKYLIGHT HLDG increased its stake in the Vietnamese subsidiary JSC to 99.45%

SKYLIGHT HLDG (03882.HK) announced that its subsidiary SL Vietnam acquired JSC's equity through loan capitalization, equity transfer, and capital injection, involving a total amount of USD 12.1 million. Upon completion, the group will hold 99.45% of JSC's total equity, which mainly engages in the manufacturing of imaging products and related accessories for third-party manufacturing groups, as well as other electronic products in Vietnam
