
FOURTH PARADIGM received a strategic investment of HKD 1.3 billion from Wuji Capital to strengthen its presence in emerging fields such as AI and stablecoins
FOURTH PARADIGM announced that on July 17, 2025, the company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscriber, pursuant to which the subscriber conditionally agreed to subscribe, and the company conditionally agreed to allot and issue a total of 25.9 million subscription shares, with a subscription price of HKD 50.50 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HKD 1.308 billion. The number of subscription shares represents approximately 8.78% of the H shares issued as of the date of this announcement and approximately 5.25% of the total issued shares; and the enlarged number of issued H shares after the allotment and issuance of the subscription shares represents approximately 8.07% and approximately 4.98% of the total issued shares, respectively. On the same day, the company entered into a placing agreement with the placing agent regarding the subscription matter. According to the placing agreement, the placing agent has agreed to assist in completing the transactions proposed under the subscription agreement. The subscriber is managed by Wuji Capital Management Limited. Wuji Capital has headquarters in Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi and is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi Global Market. Wuji Capital is wholly owned by the Cayman Islands holding company Infini Capital Global, and its ultimate beneficial owner is Tony Chin, the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Wuji Capital.
