GREENLAND BROAD: Lin Guangqing will be appointed as the chairman of the board
GREENLAND BROAD announced that Pei Gang has resigned as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, effective August 5, 2025. Lin Guangqing will succeed him as Chairman of the Board and will become a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee, while also serving as the company's authorized representative. The company will continue to comply with listing rules and will have two authorized representatives
According to the announcement from GREENLAND BROAD (01253), Mr. Pei Gang has resigned as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and Company Authorized Representative as defined by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules (Listing Rules) Article 3.05, effective from August 5, 2025, to spend more time on personal matters.
Effective from August 5, 2025, the current Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Lin Guangqing will be appointed as Chairman of the Board.
Following Mr. Pei's resignation as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and Authorized Representative, he will also cease to be a member of the Company's Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee effective from August 5, 2025. The Board further announces that Mr. Lin will be appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee effective from August 5, 2025.
Effective from August 5, 2025, Mr. Lin, the Executive Director and CEO of the Company, has been appointed as Authorized Representative under Listing Rules Article 3.05 to fill Mr. Pei's vacancy. After the above changes, the Company continues to have two Authorized Representatives as required by Listing Rules Article 3.05, namely Mr. Lin Guangqing and Ms. Li Meiyi
