"Profit Warning" LANCANG TEA estimates a mid-term loss of at least 28 million RMB

LANCANG TEA (06911.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of between RMB 28 million and RMB 32 million for the six months ending in June, compared to a profit of RMB 5.1 million in the same period last year. The loss is mainly due to the slow recovery of the terminal consumer market, which continues to affect the operation and sales of offline physical stores; the management adjustments during the period have led to time-consuming handovers, and the company has also invested resources to evaluate and adjust its operational and management strategies, which in turn has impacted business development. Revenue for the first half is expected to be between RMB 117 million and RMB 120 million, a decrease of 38.5%-40%
