GUOFUHEE announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has signed a sales agreement for 100 megawatts of green electricity hydrogen production equipment with a customer in Xinjiang, with a total contract value exceeding 150 million yuan. The agreement includes the supply of 22 sets of electrolyzers and related equipment, marking an important milestone for the company in the application of electrolytic hydrogen production technology, utilizing renewable energy from the Hami region to integrate hydrogen energy with the metallurgical industry
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GUOFUHEE (02582) announced that on August 18, 2025, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Xinjiang Guofu Mingzhi Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Guofu Mingzhi), signed a 100-megawatt green electricity hydrogen production equipment sales agreement with a customer located in Hami City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, People's Republic of China, and an independent third party, Hami Tonghuide Green Casting Co., Ltd. The total value of the contract exceeds RMB 150 million. According to the sales agreement, Guofu Mingzhi is required to supply the customer with 22 sets of 1,000 standard cubic meters/hour electrolyzers, gas-liquid treatment equipment, green electricity hydrogen production control systems, safety detection systems, and public auxiliary equipment.
The contracting parties have reached a deep cooperation on the procurement of core hydrogen energy equipment, marking an important milestone for the company in the large-scale application of electrolytic hydrogen production technology in the industrial sector of Northwest China. This cooperation is based on the contracting parties' long-term strategic planning for the integration of hydrogen energy and the metallurgy industry, utilizing the abundant renewable energy resources such as wind and photovoltaic power in the Hami area, representing the company's first comprehensive green electricity hydrogen production metallurgy solution in the field of green metallurgy
