SANAI HEALTH GP issued a profit warning, expecting to incur a shareholder loss of approximately HKD 11.5 million to HKD 14 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, a significant decrease from the attributable profit of HKD 9.8 million in the same period of 2024. The loss is mainly due to the inability to repeat the non-recurring income of approximately HKD 17.04 million obtained in the same period of 2024, as well as an increase in distribution costs and administrative expenses of approximately HKD 4.6 million during the current period
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SANAI HEALTH GP (01889) announced that for the six months ending June 30, 2025, the company is expected to incur a loss attributable to the owners of the company ranging from approximately RMB 11.5 million to RMB 14 million, compared to a profit attributable to the owners of the company of approximately RMB 9.8 million for the same period in 2024.
The expected change from profit to loss attributable to the owners of the company is mainly due to: the company having recorded a large one-time non-recurring gain of approximately RMB 17.04 million from the sale of a subsidiary in the same period of 2024; and the company having recognized an increase in distribution costs and administrative expenses attributable to Beijing Hangyang Health Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries of approximately RMB 4.6 million during this period, most of which was not recorded in the same period of 2024
