Tianyancha's business information shows that on August 19, Shenzhen Qiyu Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with Tianjin SanKuai Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Innovation Capital Investment Co., Ltd., both under Meituan, added as shareholders. The registered capital increased from approximately 5.56 million RMB to approximately 6.21 million RMB, and some key personnel were changed. Shenzhen Qiyu Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2020, with Zhao Kaiyong as the legal representative. Its business scope includes software development, sales of artificial intelligence hardware, and research and development of intelligent robots. Shareholder information shows that the company is currently jointly held by Zhao Kaiyong, Shenzhen Qiyu Innovation Management Partnership, and the newly added shareholders mentioned above. Public information indicates that the company focuses on the construction of three-dimensional information infrastructure and is a provider of intelligent three-dimensional technology services
