Under the agreement, PepsiCo will acquire 5% of Celsius's preferred shares; after the conversion of shares, PepsiCo's ownership in Celsius will rise to approximately 11%. In 2022, PepsiCo acquired 8.5% of Celsius for $550 million. As part of the agreement, Celsius's health beverage brand Alani Nu will be included in PepsiCo's distribution system in the United States and Canada</p>
