After making reasonable inquiries regarding the situation, the board confirmed that it is not aware of any reasons that could have led to such unusual stock price and trading volume fluctuations; nor is it aware of any information that should be disclosed to avoid creating a false market for the shares; or any insider information that must be disclosed under Listing Rule 13.09(2) and Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571).
However, the board hereby informs the company's shareholders and potential investors that the company is currently in discussions with a potential seller regarding a property acquisition.
As of the date of this announcement, no final and/or legally binding agreements or contracts have been entered into by the parties regarding the acquisition, and therefore, the acquisition may or may not proceed
