BG BLUE SKY announced that it has obtained a non-committed revolving loan financing of up to HKD 200 million. The financing is provided by a bank, and the loan must be fully repaid within an interest period of 1 month or 3 months, with no interest period exceeding 12 months from the date of the first drawdown
According to the announcement from BG BLUE SKY (06828), on September 8, 2025, the company accepted the terms and conditions of a financing letter issued by a bank, under which the bank will grant a non-committed revolving loan financing of up to HKD 200 million or the equivalent in RMB or USD. Each loan under the financing must be fully repaid on the last day of the corresponding 1-month or 3-month interest period, or any other interest period chosen by the company and the bank. No interest period may exceed 12 months from the date of the first drawdown
