After more than half a year of officially announcing the adjustment of the equity structure, the equity transfer work of China Cinda, Dongfang Asset, and Great Wall Asset has recently been completed. Recently, China Cinda announced that the Ministry of Finance's entire holding of approximately 22.137 billion domestic shares was registered for transfer on September 4, with the corresponding equity transferred free of charge to Central Huijin. After this free transfer is completed, the Ministry of Finance no longer holds shares in China Cinda, and Central Huijin directly holds 58%, becoming the controlling shareholder of the company. In April and June, China Great Wall Asset and China Dongfang Asset respectively announced the completion of the procedures for changing the shareholder register. This also marks that, following the change of controlling shareholder of China Huarong from the Ministry of Finance to CITIC Group, the other three national asset management companies have also officially bid farewell to their "old owners," but still remain state-controlled financial institutions
