"Profit Warning" SANDMARTIN INTL estimates a loss of HKD 55 million in 2024

SANDMARTIN INTL (00482.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of no less than HKD 55 million for the fiscal year 2024, compared to a loss of HKD 137 million in the previous year. The reduction in loss is mainly due to the increase in the fair value of investment properties.

The company's shares have been suspended from trading since April 1 and will continue to be suspended
