Gucci's parent company delays the acquisition of the remaining stake in Valentino

Gucci 母公司開雲集團 (Kering) 週三表示，因專注於降低債務水平，預計將需要更多時間來行使購買時尚品牌華倫天奴 (Valentino) 剩餘股權的選擇權。

公司聲明指，開雲集團須在 2029 年之前完成收購卡達 Mayhoola 持有的 Valentino 70% 股份的期限，比最初商定的時間延遲一年。
