Chipotle plans to open its first store in Asia next year

Mexican burrito chain Chipotle (CMG.US) announced on Wednesday that it plans to enter the Asian market for the first time by establishing a joint venture with South Korean food operator SPC Group.

The company plans to open its first Chipotle locations in South Korea and Singapore next year. Currently, the company has over 3,800 locations, with 98% in the U.S. market
