The People's Bank of China: The adjusted evaluation method for primary dealers will be implemented starting in 2025. Primary dealers that behave improperly during the evaluation period will be suspended from participating in open market operations
中國央行：為適應貨幣政策操作框架轉型和金融市場發展，更加註重貨幣政策傳導，央行進一步優化簡併考評指標，明確對各類型機構分類實施考核，並加強與債券做市商考核的聯動。調整後的一級交易商考評辦法將從 2025 年啓用，2025 年度公開市場業務一級交易商名單維持不變。考評期內行為不當的一級交易商將被暫停參與公開市場操作，情節嚴重的將在第二年被取消一級交易商資格。
