SHOUCHENG (00697.HK) announced that the second special dividend has been adjusted from 3.51 cents to 3.08 cents, due to the total number of shares issued by the company increasing from 7.284 billion shares to 8.313 billion shares. The company will suspend share transfer registration from September 15 to 16
