萬達酒店 (00169.HK) 公佈，所有先決條件均已獲達成，並於昨日 (16 日) 完成向同程旅行 (00780.HK) 出售從事內地酒店服務的萬達酒店管理 (香港) 全部股權。經考慮出售事項完成日期後，是次特別股息將於 11 月 19 日派發予於 11 月 5 日名列公司股東名冊的股東。
