Jensen Huang issued a warning, stating that there is a need to establish a presence in China
According to a report by Singapore's Lianhe Zaobao on October 29, citing AFP, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang warned on October 28 that the United States must allow the sale of American-made artificial intelligence chips in China to ensure that Silicon Valley companies maintain their global leadership in the AI field. The report stated that Huang told reporters at a company event in Washington, "We want the world to build on top of the American tech stack." The tech stack he mentioned is a term used by developers for computer technology. He added, "But we also need to establish a presence in China to win over developers there. A policy that causes the U.S. to lose half of its global AI developers is detrimental in the long run. It harms us more." Additionally, according to a report by Taiwan's Central News Agency on the 28th, U.S. President Trump, who is visiting Asia, will arrive in South Korea on the 29th and stated that he will meet with Jensen Huang that day
