Orange will acquire the remaining 50% stake in MasOrange for €4.25 billion

Orange announced on Friday that it has signed a non-binding agreement with Lorca to acquire the remaining 50% stake in MasOrange for €4.25 billion in cash, aiming for full ownership of the latter. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2026, pending regulatory approval.

The company stated that this transaction further consolidates Orange's position in Spain, which is the group's second-largest market in Europe
