(AMD) in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. “Earlier today, Adeia ( ADEA ) took legal action against AMD to protect our intellectual property rights and the investments we have made in our foundational semiconductor technologies,” said Paul E. Adeia has filed patent infringement lawsuits against AMD in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, claiming that AMD has used Adeia's patented semiconductor innovations without authorization.
