Dutch chip equipment manufacturer ASML has completed its facility in the Hanwha City Park

According to foreign media citing South Korea's Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Dutch chip equipment manufacturer ASML (ASML.US) has completed its Hwaseong Park located in Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.

The total area of ASML's Hwaseong Park reaches 16,000 square meters, featuring a remanufacturing center for high-tech equipment components such as Deep Ultraviolet (DUV) lithography and Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography, as well as an advanced technology training center.

ASML will take the completion of Hwaseong Park as an opportunity to further strengthen communication and cooperation in processes and technologies with South Korean semiconductor companies such as Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, and to build an ecosystem with South Korean component, material, and equipment companies
